General Information:

The Marketing Assistant will work with the Director of Marketing in our Brookfield, WI location. This position is part-time, 20-25 hours/week, year-round. Candidates must be outgoing, quick learners, self-starters, and capable of working with little supervision in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate is able to multi-task, work under moderate pressure and pay strict attention to detail with a great positive attitude.



-Retouch and resize photographs

-Assist with design and production of brochures, flyers, e-blasts, social media posts, etc.

-Website updates


-Update existing social media accounts and create new accounts as required

-Research, write and develop content for social media postings

-Monitor social media accounts and track activity


-Coordinate monthly events and manage vendors

-Some evening hours may be required


-Photograph various homes for marketing materials

-Gather quotes and manage photographers

-Create slideshows/videos


-Write polished copy for marketing materials, listings, or events

-Proofread content


-Set Up & Removal of marketing materials at model homes and staffed ready homes

-Technology Troubleshooting (Internet, Sonos Systems, Printers, etc…)

-Run errands/shop for supplies


-Build and help maintain lists

-Research communities and advertising opportunities

-Order & Design Signage

-Other duties as assigned

Leading Milwaukee Area Home Builder, Korndoerfer Homes, has an outstanding career opportunity available as a key member of our Construction team. We are looking for an Expeditor/Field Superintendent to schedule and supervise the construction of single family production and custom homes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Schedule jobs and coordinate subcontractors
-Interact with customers during construction
-Monitor production schedules and coordinate change orders
-Work with design team and trade partners on plan improvements
-Perform quality control inspections and manage municipal inspections               
-Perform walk-through inspections with customers and supervise completion of punch lists


Education & Qualifications:

-Min. Associate Degree from Vocational or Technical College. Greater is preferred
-Proficient with building codes and construction industry standards
-Proficiency in scheduling software
-Strong residential construction experience



-Minimum [3 years] single family new construction experience
-Strong project and time management skills
-A strong eye for detail with excellent documentation skills
-Initiative, determination and drive
-Great communication skills

Leading Milwaukee Area Home Builder, Korndoerfer Homes, has an outstanding career opportunity available as a member of our Sales Team.  Our New Home Consultants are positioned in one of our model homes and are the first point of contact with customers who are looking to build. The main areas of responsibility will be interacting with customers to provide pricing information, answering questions, coordinating the building and real estate contracts and assisting customers during the pre-construction process.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

-Build rapport with prospective buyers and determine their wants and needs

-Maintain a system for timely, professional follow-up with all interested parties

-Follow company procedures including reporting all leads and tracking prospects utilizing company CRM

-Prepare pricing for customers including the selected home options

-Locate and promote the right home site for the customer

-Negotiate and finalize all sales agreements

-Review home plans and building features with customers

-Stay involved with customer activities and decisions through the pre-construction process to ensure a successful and timely closing and/or home start


Industry Experience:

-Real Estate Salesperson License is required

-Industry experience in residential real estate is important and home building experience is a plus


Structure & Compensation:

-This is a full-time commission based position with tremendous earning potential.

-The working hours includes weekends and evenings in addition to regular hours. during the week, but will vary based on customer meetings and the volume of leads.

-This position reports to the Director of Sales.

General Info:
Leading Milwaukee Area Home Builder, Korndoerfer Homes, has an opportunity available in customer service role for our sales team. The part-time hostess is a weekend position at our model and/or ready homes during open house hours. The main areas of responsibility will be interacting with guests to provide marketing information about the homes/community and to obtaining their contact information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Meeting and greeting guests who are visiting the community model or ready home (professional dress and appearance are extremely important).

-Provides prompt, friendly and professional marketing information about the homes and community.

-Ability to interact with guests and conduct the discovery process.

-Cultivate guest relationships in order to get completed sign-in forms.

-Ability to conduct an effective guest follow-up plan(as directed).


-Ability to be thorough, accurate and prompt with guest information and entry into contact management system.

-Generates daily guest reports for the sales team.

-Makes sure the community model and ready homes are presentable during open house hours.

-Other administrative duties as assigned.


Structure & Compensation:                                                                                                                                                                                        
-This position is a part-time position with a pay of $12 per hour and will report to the Sales staff and Director of Sales.
-The working hours will generally be 12-4 Saturdays and Sundays at our model homes.

Education & Industry Experience: 

-Must be an excellent written and verbal communicator.

-Industry experience in hospitality, retail sales, and/or banking/financial is helpful but not required.

-Knowledge about real estate and/or new home construction is helpful but not required.

-Very familiar and comfortable operating all windows based programs, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.

-Comfortable with customer follow up software programs and systems.

-High School Diploma is a minimum requirement.
