Many builders own lots in specific communities and only build in those neighborhoods. At Korndoerfer Homes, we will build on scattered site locations within our service area that may or may not be located in a subdivision.
Yes, we would be happy to build on your lot if it is a suitable homesite and in our build area. We start the process by conducting a site review in which we analyze the site conditions that would affect the build. We look at the location, typography, utilities, soils, environmental features, and set backs that would affect the placement of the home.
Yes, our New Home Consultants can assist you in finding a homesite or evaluate one that is currently on the market. We help you understand and estimate the site improvement costs and review any subdivision restrictions required on a lot that you are considering.
