After you have selected your home and layout, the most exciting and fun part begins – selecting all the products and finishes that will make your Korndoerfer Home uniquely yours. Whether your design style is contemporary and trendy, deeply traditional, or somewhere in between, you’ll find the perfect selections to suit your style in our Design Studio. Choose from an extensive menu of high-performing, industry-leading finishes, materials, and colors to channel your inner designer.

Your home personalization experience will start with access to our Online Design Studio where you can preview many of the products that you will see during your Design Studio appointments. The Online Design Studio allows you to view our products virtually from the comfort of your home – allowing you more time to make important selections decisions. The Online Design Studio allows you to add products and finishes to a Wishlist that you can bring to your Design Studio appointments.

Your home personalization experience will start with access to our Online Design Studio

Once you have narrowed down some of your choices using our Online Design Studio, you will then choose your selections all under one roof during two stress-free appointments at our state-of-the-art Design Studio in Brookfield. Our knowledgeable, professional, Design Studio Consultant will expertly guide you through your first private Design Studio appointment to choose your exterior selections. Our exterior room showcases a multitude of product samples such as stone, brick, siding, shake, trim and roofing options in a variety of color palettes that you can see put together on the interactive display. After your exterior selections are chosen, you will get a tour of the Design Studio in its entirety. Your Design Studio Consultant will then discuss appliances, cabinet layouts, and lighting locations and fixture types with you.

After your floor plan, appliances, cabinets, and lighting are finalized, you are ready to apply the finishing touches during your second private Design Studio appointment. During this appointment, you will have access to our full-sized kitchen vignettes, flooring, tile, bathroom, and interior trim areas for examples of options that are available for your home. Finish personalizing your home with selections including but not limited to the kitchen, great room, laundry, secondary bath, master bath, and interior millwork finishes. At the end of your appointment, the Design Studio Consultant will recap all the decisions made and guide you through the next steps of finalizing your selections and moving forward.
