Join Our Team — Part-Time Customer Experience Associate/ Brand Ambassador
Korndoerfer Homes | Milwaukee Metro Area
Korndoerfer Homes, a leading Milwaukee-area home builder, is currently seeking a Customer Experience Associate/ Brand Ambassador to support our sales team on weekends. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and representing beautiful, high-quality homes in communities such as Menomonee Falls, Grafton, and Lisbon.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Associate/ Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the welcoming face at our model and ready homes during open house hours. You’ll interact with prospective buyers, provide marketing information, and help build relationships that lead to future sales.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Share marketing materials and provide details about the home and community
- Engage in the discovery process to learn about guest needs
- Encourage sign-ins and collect guest contact information
- Support the sales team with follow-up communications (as directed)
Administrative Tasks:
- Relay visitor information promptly and accurately to the sales team
- Generate daily guest activity reports
- Ensure the model/ready home is clean, organized, and presentable during hours of operation
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-Time | $16/hour
- Typical hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 11:00am–3:00pm
- Additional weekday evening hours in August
- Reports to the Sales Team and Director of Sales
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience with CRM or customer follow-up software a plus
- Background in hospitality, retail, or banking is helpful but not required
- High school diploma required
