Glenwood Farmhouse Wins Four MBA Awards, Including People’s Choice

Four awards and another year as a crowd favorite! Our Glenwood Farmhouse model in QuietWood earned four honors at the MBA Parade of Homes:

- People’s Choice

- Best Interior Decorating

- Best Outdoor Living Space

- Silver Overall Home

Each award is worth celebrating, but People’s Choice is especially meaningful. For the second year in a row, visitors chose a Korndoerfer home as their favorite. We’re grateful to everyone who toured, voted and recognized the care our team puts into every home.

Step Inside a Crowd Favorite

Located in Menomonee Falls, the Glenwood Farmhouse brings together classic character, warm finishes and spaces designed for everyday living.

Inside, rich wood tones and layered textures create an inviting feel. The great room features stained wood beams and a statement fireplace, while the kitchen’s oversized quartz waterfall island offers room to gather. A custom walk-in pantry and butler’s pantry keep everyday essentials close at hand.

The award-winning outdoor living space is another reason to linger. A heated screened porch with an electric stone fireplace and retractable screen extends the home’s gathering spaces outdoors. Downstairs, a finished lower level includes a recreation room, media room, bar with kitchenette and private guest suite.

A Team Effort Worth Celebrating

These honors reflect the talent and hard work of the entire Korndoerfer team. As an employee-owned company, we take personal pride in the homes we build and the experience we create for our homeowners.

Earning People’s Choice two years in a row makes that work even more rewarding. Thank you for welcoming us into your homebuilding plans and giving our team so much to celebrate.
